The heat transfer heating device has a heating heat exchanger (9) through which air is passed, provided with alternating cooling medium pipes (1) and ribs (3) and a positive temperature coefficient heating element (4). Selected ribs (3.2) are extended on the air exit side (6) of the heat exchanger, the positive temperature coefficient heating element positioned in the free space (2) defined between 2 adjacent extended ribs, its plates cooperating with the extended ribs for providing a common heat transfer zone (8).
