PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering an e-calling card service are provided to offer the e-calling card related information matched with a terminal telephone number of a client one to one in real-time and to offer all services related to the e-calling card to the client. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a web server(310), an e-calling card service providing/managing server(320), and a database managing server(330). The web server includes a client managing part(311) and a web page managing part(312). The e-calling card providing/managing server includes a calling card making/editing part(321), an image editing part(322), a calling card managing/controlling part(323), a value added function providing part(324), a charge settling/managing part(326). The database management server includes a client database(331), an image database(332), an e-calling card database(333), a service database(334), a tool database(335), and a charge database(336). If the terminal telephone number is received from the first client terminal(100), the e-calling card service providing/managing server provides the matched e-calling card information to the first client terminal.
