<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit and a signal processing method in which a pulse signal is processed at an accurate cycle. <P>SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit for generating a digital signal corresponding to an input pulse signal has a clock pulse output means for outputting a clock pulse with any one polarity within a predetermined term including at least one pulse which allows a noise component in the input pulse signal, a count means for independently counting the clock pulse outputted with a positive polarity and the clock pulse outputted with a negative polarity, and an output means for outputting an output digital signal based upon a count value in the count means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
