<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably keep green before storage without causing discoloration of green dried vegetable during long-term storage of ≥6 month, preferably 12-15 month at ordinary temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The green dried vegetable comprises a powdery seasoning, and the water content of the powdery seasoning is suppressed to a value lower than water content of the green dried vegetable and oil or fat content of the powdery seasoning is preferably kept to 0.01-5 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
