PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making a charging plan that maintains a proper stock by reflecting merchandise selling situation or the like and improves the efficiency of charging work in charging merchandise in a vending machine.

SOLUTION: A system for supporting a job that charges merchandise in a plurality of vending machines 1001 includes a vending machine acquiring part 1004 for acquiring information about sales performance of each of the plurality of vending machines 1001 and about the amount of stock charged in the vending machine 1001, and a charging plan making part 1005 for making the charging plan that specifies a charging schedule and the quantity of merchandise to be charged for each of the vending machines on the basis of the information.
