PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public works program support method and its system capable of clearly and objectively ranking priority of execution of works.

SOLUTION: The present invention has a process S2 of inputting an evaluation value per each of a plurality of factors regarding priority ranking of program planning of a plurality of public works in a first storing means 20, a process S4 of inputting a standardized evaluation value obtained by reading and standardizing the evaluation value in a second storing means 21, a process S5 of determining an optimum weight value and a ratio scale by analysis of maximizing a ratio scale of each public works by using a data envelope analysis method and inputting it in a third storing means 23, a process S6 of reading and displaying and/or outputting the ratio scale from the third storing means 23, and a process S9 of calculating an influence degree when there are public works with the same ratio scale, and displaying it and/or inputting it in a fourth storing means 24 and displaying it.
