<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an increased efficiency of inquiry, an improvement in business efficiency, promotion of marketing and development and an improvement in customer's satisfaction by efficiently managing accumulated data and sharing knowledge resources. <P>SOLUTION: This Q&A system 100 comprises a management server 1, Web servers 2-5, and a customer terminal 6, which are connected through a network. The Web servers 2-5 open sites differed in intended user and purpose of use, respectively, and information collected from the user terminal 6 is stored in DB 2a-5b provided by the respective servers.
