<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple decorative illumination device suitable for the atmosphere of halls for party or show at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: For the decorative illumination device, a wire harness 1 is inserted into a cylinder body 11, and both of them are fixed at least at one end so that the wire harness 1 does not move in the cylinder body 11. The lengthwise cylinder bodies 11 into which the wire harness is inserted, are hung so as to from an arch-shape by hanging them from a ceiling or a side wall with a certain distance in the longitudinal direction, or hang down by hanging one end part at the ceiling or the side wall to decorate the halls for party or show.
