<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater structure which can form a high resistance part and a low resistance part on a heater wire of a simple high resistance wire in the heater structure of an impulse sealer. <P>SOLUTION: A heater base 1 has a heat-welding surface part 2 having insulating property on the surface of which heater wires 3 and 4 are arranged. In the heater base 1, conductive parts 5 and 6 forming a low resistance part which forms a vent by coming into contact with the heater wires 3 and 4 are provided on the heat-welding surface part 2. By this heater structure, the heater wires 3 and 4 may be a single structure comprising a high resistance material, and areas coming into contact with the conductive parts 5 and 6 on the heat-welding surface part 2 become a low resistance at the time of heat-welding, and other areas keep a high resistance since the heat-welding surface part 2 has insulating property. Therefore, a low resistance part for the vent can be created on the heater wires 3 and 4 in response to the conductive parts 5 and 6 provided on the heat-welding surface part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
