<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facility information book-marked for a specified user as facility information that will be probably liked by another user. <P>SOLUTION: User terminals such as on-vehicle terminal and notebook personal computer NP loaded on vehicles 3A and 3B are connected to a road information center 1 through a network 2. The facility liked by a certain specified user is made into a database so that it is book-marked in the information center 1 while matching the specified user to the facility information. According to this, the specified user can receive the providing of a desired piece of facility information from the facility information book-marked for himself/herself, and also receives the providing of the route guide to the provided facility information (facility).
