<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel vaccine formulation, a manufacturing method therefor, use thereof in a therapy, and a mixed vaccine for dosage particularly to an adolescent. <P>SOLUTION: The new mixed vaccine formulation comprises herpes simplex virus (HSV) antigen, HPV antigen, and optionally one or more of the followings: EBV antigen, hepatitis A antigen or inactivated and attenuated viruses, hepatitis B viral antigen, VZV antigen, HCMV antigen, and Toxoplasma gondii antigen.
