SOLUTION: In the image signal processing device, a controller 101 supplies not only information on a size of an image of image signals Va and Vb but also information on a non-display area of an image signal Vb to a phase information generation circuit 127. The phase information generation circuit 127 obtains position information PIN and phase information h and v of each pixel data in the image signal Vb on the basis of the supplied information. A coefficient generation circuit 126 uses coefficient classification data wi0to wi9corresponding to a class, to which pixel data of a noticed position in the image signal Vb belongs, and phase information h and v of the pixel data to generate coefficient data Wi.
