PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of hairdressing scissors which solve problems of a pair of hairdressing scissors for adults, which might wound the head of a child with its top when the child's hair is cut because children cannot stay still and tend to move their head suddenly and is too long to be suitable for hair cutting in a small area such as the area behind a child's ear, which is a necessary operation because the head of a child is small, and is not dangerous even if the child moves the head suddenly during hair cutting and with which hair cutting is easily carried out even if hair is cut in a small area such as the area behind a child's ear. SOLUTION: A pair of grippers are rockable around the rear end of the grippers. A pair of blades are opened and closed with the rock movement of the grippers.
