PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible conductive element wherein folding renders it longer, and the fracture of a turning portion is reduced. SOLUTION: The flexible conductive element 1 comprises an insulating board 2, having a first side-edge 8, and a conductive material, wherein a conductive path 3 is provided extending closely to the first side-edge 8 on the board 2, and an insulation layer 5 covering the conductive path 3. The conductive path 3 has a first conductive path 9, the turning portion 10, and a second conductive path 11. The first conductive path 9 extends continuously through the turning portion 10 to the second conductive path 11. In manufacturing, while the first and second conductive paths are placed closely, they are separated from each other, in a region where they are continuously connected to the turning portion 10 to form a free region 12 on the board 2. Around the free region 12, the first side-edge 8 extends having a curvature portion 8b of R in a maximum radius, and side-edges 8a, 8c connected with the curvature portion 8b extend parallelly in the first side-edge 8.
