PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new holder for a waterproof connector allowing a packing part formed of a gel material to be easily integrally molded by insert molding by using a rear holder part formed of a resin as an insert, and causing little compression set without generating inconvenience in molding. SOLUTION: This holder for a waterproof connector is composed by integrating a packing part formed of a gel material and having a packing part terminal insertion hole for inserting a wire with a terminal inserted into the waterproof connector with a holder part having a holder part terminal insertion hole for inserting the wire with the terminal into the waterproof connector and used for keeping the packing part in the waterproof connector.
