PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle-parking device for stably and smoothly moving a bicycle loading stand to load bicycles thereon, and simplifying the configuration thereof. SOLUTION: The bicycle-parking device comprises a pair of guide rails 2 and 3 disposed parallel to each other with a predetermined small space therebetween, a movable frame 4 movable along the pair of guide rails 2 and 3, and a bicycle loading stand which is connected to and supported by an upper side of the movable frame 4. The movable frame 4 comprises a pair of first rollers 21 abutted on an upper end part of the front side guide rail 2, a second roller abutted on an upper end part of the rear side guide rail 3, a third roller 23 abutted on a lower inner side of the front side guide rail 2 diagonally from a lower part, and a pair of fourth rollers 24 abutted on a lower inner side of the rear side guide rail 3 diagonally from a lower part, and is movable along the guide rails 2 and 3.
