PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow plants to germinate from the inner surface of a drainage path while reinforcing the inner surface of the drainage path when it is new to provide an extremely natural drainage path; and to allow an inexpensive and easy laying operation. SOLUTION: A number of elongate bar members 2, 3 are provided using strong plants and are assembled into the form of a grating with predetermined gaps therein to form a channel shape along the inner surface of a gutter.
