PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently remove and recover clogged substances clogged in voids of a draining pavement. SOLUTION: Water in a water tank 104 is introduced into a high-pressure injection nozzle 13 by driving a high-pressure pump 105, and high-pressure water is sprayed toward a paved surface. The clogged substances in a paving body are blown off by spraying the high-pressure water. A tire 25 and a rotary brush 20 are connected through gears 22 to 24, and the rotary brush 20 is driven by rotating the tire 25. Pollution liquid on the paved surface is raked up by turning the rotary brush 20, and recovered into a water receiver 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
