PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material for civil engineering and construction, which can form coating layers having excellent various physical properties such as mechanical strengths, adhesiveness, dryability, water resistance and heat resistance, and can depress a smell. SOLUTION: This coating material for the civil engineering and construction is characterized by comprising (A) a compound having (meth)acryloyl groups, one or more oxyalkylene groups and a phenol residue, and having≥1.5 (meth)acryloyl groups on the average, and (B) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer.
