PURPOSE: A rear wheel suspension of a vehicle is provided to secure simplified structure not having a trailing arm by making lower and upper arms function against transverse and longitudinal external force. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel suspension of a vehicle comprises lower and upper arms(2,3) separably connected to the lower side of a vehicle wheel(1) and to the body of the vehicle, and a shock absorber(4) vertically mounted to the vehicle wheel and the body of the vehicle. The lower and upper arms have an impact feeling effect that the vehicle wheel is moved backward by interposing a flexible bending member(10). The shock absorber has a chassis spring for absorbing and buffing the impact given from the outside.
