PURPOSE: A device for controlling a single cooling fan in a vehicle is provided to realize a single cooling fan control circuit for cooling a radiator and a condenser of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A battery supplies power source to a vehicle. An ignition switch(50) supplies power source to electric devices of the vehicle. An alternator(52) supplies power source after the vehicle is started. A fuse part(54) cuts off over-voltage. An ECU(Electronic Control Unit,60) receives variable temperature of cooling water, speed, a state of an air conditioner switch, and a refrigerant pressure for outputting a cooling fan control signal. A cooling fan(70) is driven at a high speed or a low speed according to the cooling fan control signal. A first power supply unit(80) is synchronized to a high signal output from the ECU for supplying a high speed driving power source for the cooling fan. A second power supply unit(90) is synchronized to a low signal output from the ECU for supplying a low speed driving power source for the cooling fan.
