PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the size of a band pass filter is increased to make large the size of a transmission circuit apparatus just by the increased portion of the filter in the conventional transmission circuit apparatus using a delta-sigma modulator.

SOLUTION: The transmission circuit apparatus is provided with: a first signal generation source 202 for outputting a first signal having a signal component and a noise component as a binary or multi-level discrete analog signal or as a discrete analog signal whose envelope is binary or multi-level; a second signal generation source 203 for outputting a second signal composed of a noise component; a first amplifier 204 for amplifying the first signal; and a compositing circuit 206 for compositing the output of the first amplifier 204 and the second signal to cancel the noise component.
