<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a price of a real estate, based on a profit generated by management of the real estate. <P>SOLUTION: A receipts and payments data 7 is calculated by inputting real estate information 1 about the real estate itself such as an abode place of the real estate, an area, and structure and a floor area of a building, and by inputting management information 2 for indicating a management method for the real estate, into a receipts and payments calculating part 4, and a profitable-price data 8 is calculated using the receipts and payments data 7 and the time limit information 2 for indicating a management period.
