<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of a means of transportation of operation information on disorder of a railroad schedule at an arbitrary time from when the user enters a ticket gate of a riding-on station to when the user exits from a ticket gate of a getting-off station. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact commutation ticket is stored with the mail address of a mobile telephone set 5 that the user has in addition to user information and an automatic ticket gate 3 reads the mail address at entrance and transfers it to an operation management center 1, which stores the user information and mail address and mails the contents of disorder of the railroad schedule to the mobile telephone set 5 in such a case.
