ALL SOLID BATTERY DEVICE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND EVALUATION METHOD FOR ALL SOLID BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for appropriately evaluating a battery by piling up an all solid battery manufactured by piling up battery members and test pieces of the battery members on the same substrate. SOLUTION: The all solid battery is formed on the substrate, and at the same time as a piling up process of at least one kind of the battery member of the battery, the test pieces of the battery members are piled up on the other portions on the same substrate, and a pair of conductive terminals are formed at both ends or up and down of the test pieces. As the device for evaluation, characteristics of the test pieces of the battery members are measured, and a failure battery or the like is analyzed based on the measured data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
