PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint drying device capable of uniformly drying paint applied onto an object. SOLUTION: Rotating shafts 22 and 22 disposed in a direction generally orthogonal to a vertical direction are installed in a container 10 for storing parts coated with antistatic paint, and a drive device 24 is connected to the rotating shafts 22 and 22. When the parts coated with the antistatic paint (hereafter referred to as paint) are stored in the container 10 and the container 10 is drivingly rotated by the drive device 24, first the parts are carried upward and then roll or fall toward the lowermost part of the container 10 at that time. In this case, extra part of the paint applied onto the parts is dispersed and the paint on the surfaces of the parts is generally uniformized. Then the paint is dried and formed into a uniform thin-film. Thus the paint applied onto the parts can be dried uniformly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
