PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a driving semiconductor element by smaller-size construction with less draft resistance. SOLUTION: A diffuser blade 203 provided on the downstream side of an impeller 201 of a blower part is raised up from the inner face of a fan casing 207 and the driving semiconductor switching element 401 is mounted on the outer face of the fan casing. Thus, heat generated in the driving semiconductor switching element is transferred to the diffuser blade via the fan casing and efficiently released into a high speed air current running along the diffuser blade.
