PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas circulating device adopting a PCV valve as a blow-by gas ventilating valve exposed into an intake passage while suitably suppressing the freezing thereof. SOLUTION: The blow-by gas circulating device comprises the PCV valve 30 (the positive crankcase ventilating valve) for circulating blow-by gas generated in an engine into a surge tank 12 (an intake system). Particularly, the PCV valve 30 has a discharge port 30a exposed into the surge tank 12 and a cover 40 for covering the exposed discharge port 30a at least at its upstream side along the flow of intake air.
