PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the occurrence of dew condensation on the surface of a window pane or a window sash, and particularly, effectively absorb and release the moisture of a space liable to cause dew condensation on the window side provided with the window pane and window sash while an interior living space is kept at comfortable humidity. SOLUTION: This roll type screen is constructed by a roll-up type partitioning member 23 in which at least one side of a partitioning base material 11 of a roll-up type is provided with a moisture absorbing and releasing resin layer 12 containing a water absorptive material 122 and a moisture absorbing material 123.
