PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate rice cooking with pressure by improving the strength of a lid hook in a lid hook structure which locks a lid by engaging the lid hook formed at the lid to a jar main body. SOLUTION: The hook part 9 of the lid hook is formed of a plate hook base part 11 extending downward and pawl parts 12 at the lower end of the hook base part 11. The pawl parts 12 are constituted by bending protrusions formed by making both of the sides of the hook base part 11 project to the right and left inward and making them erect with respect to the hook base part 11.
