PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric which is not likely to be damaged and is free from sliminess in spite of using a synthetic resin material, which secures required frictional resistance, and which is suitable for a dress fabric of a warmer. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin skin part 11 is formed on a base sheet 10 consisting of a set of fibers, and the surface of this skin part 11 is covered with an outer surface material 12 to make a fabric 1. The outer surface material 12 has a large number of spaces, and the skin part 11 sinks into these spaces. It is desirable to obtain the spaces by using the material 12 as a mesh member. It is desirable to constitute the mesh member of a synthetic resin net. An antimicrobics is applied or mixed to the surface material 12. The antimicrobal agent is applied or mixed to the outer surface of an outer surface material 12. Recess and projections can be formed on the outer surface of the fabric 1. The fabric 1 can be used as the dress fabric of the warmer. The fabric 1 is superposed on a lining fabric 31 mounting a heater 32 thereon and bonded to constitute the entire shape in the state of a plane to make an electric carpet body 30.
