A circuit board having a heating source included in the fixing device, which is incorporated in an image forming apparatus, may be mounted in multiple different ways to the power supply unit for the device. The circuit board includes multiple terminals such that different terminals may be connected to the power supply unit depending on the mounting orientation of the circuit board to the power supply unit. Depending on such mounting orientation, the current path in the circuit board changes. Consequently, different power supply voltages are accommodated and alternation between different power consumption levels is carried out simply by changing the mounting orientation of the single circuit board to the power supply unit.
