The bag chain consists of a sequence of bags made of a longitudinally folded foil hose and provided at the bottom edge (4) with a transverse closure seam (3). At the top edge the bags are provided with carrier sections (5, 6) with connector seams (10, 10'), a stamped out section (12) and perforation lines (11, 11'; 14, 15).
