<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-speed and high density recording and recording with regard to an information recording medium, a method for recording information, and a device for recording information by using light. <P>SOLUTION: A layer in which super-micronic particles of light absorption metal, dielectric substance, or of recording material are regularly arranged is provided. By resonance plasmon excitation, stimulation absorption or the like of the super-micronic particles, a recording mark edge in recording is made correct, strong absorption can occur to only the specific layer by wavelength even if the layer is multiplied, and recording of high density and large capacity is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
