<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize quick response by significantly simplifying operations executed when a carrier card is distributed and a location confirmation is requested, in order to efficiently perform location guide service. <P>SOLUTION: When a guide distributes the carrier card 4 to each user of a group, a card ID read from each card 4 by means of the guide's portable terminal 5 is transmitted to a server device 1, and the server device 1 generates a group ID to register and links each card ID with the group ID to register. When a request for the location confirmation is made, the guide reads the card ID from the card 4, which the requester has by means of the guide's portable terminal 5 and transmits it to the sever device 1, and then the server device 1 specifies the cards 4 which other users, belonging to the same group have on the basis of the card ID and generates a location guide record which indicates the locations of the users carrying the cards 4 and outputs the record to the portable terminal 5 for the guidance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
