<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly send human resources to a user destination even in a busy period of time. <P>SOLUTION: This service work management program comprises a request accepting part 303 for accepting a service request from user clients 100<SB>1</SB>to 100<SB>n</SB>installed at a user side which receives the provision of a service, a recruiting part 304 for recruiting service staffs in response to the service request with terminals 500<SB>1</SB>to 500<SB>m</SB>carried by the service staffs as targets, and for authenticating the service staffs who have applied, and for sending the authenticated service staffs to a user destination, and a charge adjusting part 306 for performing processing to pay for a service charge to a service providing company(service staffs). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
