<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely view and determine the stock of everyday supplies which each steady customer of a merchandise vendor such as a supermarket purchases repeatedly from the vendor and keeps in stock over a medium or long term, and the next purchase date. <P>SOLUTION: For each registered member, the merchandise vendor creates a favorite merchandise ledger listing specific articles of merchandise which each registered steady customer purchases repeatedly and keeps in stock, and a list of the orders and consumption of the favorite articles of merchandise based on the ledger, with the ledger and the list set to be capable of being transmitted as electronic information. The list numerically displays both the standard consumption period of each favorite article of merchandise based on the recorded intervals at which each steady customer purchases the article in a fixed amount, and the number of remaining days of the order interval.
