PROTECTIVE FILM FOR DRY FILM RESIST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film for a dry film resist excellent in releasability and surface properties.

SOLUTION: The film has a coating layer comprising a polymer component containing fluorine in a molecule and a component derived from a crosslinking agent on at least one face of a polyester film. The ratio of the component derived from the crosslinking agent in the dry solid content of the coating layer is 5-80 wt.% and the maximum height (Rt) of projections on the surface of the coating layer is 0.1-2.0 μm.
