PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an image processing suitable to a shooting scene in photographing to more image data. SOLUTION: A CPU executes an image quality adjusting processing, when image processing control information GI is included in an acquired image file GF, to image data GD according to an image processing mode GM designated by the image processing control information GI. The CPU retrieves Exif information when the image processing control information GI is not included in the acquired image file GF, and selects, when the retrieval of Exif information is successful, an image processing mode GM by use of the Exif information to execute the image quality adjusting processing to the image data GD. In the selection, when a selected photographing mode is described in the Exif information, the image processing mode GM is selected by use of the photographing mode, and when no photographing mode is described, the image processing mode GM is selected by use of another photographing condition.
