TILT DETECTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a tilt detecting apparatus without giving deterioration of detection accuracy. SOLUTION: A disc common electrode 16 is locked on the inner face of a case 13 opposite to a base 12. In a sealed chamber 15, a first semicircular opposite electrode 17 and a second semicircular opposite electrode 18 are locked on the front face of the base 12. The sealed chamber 15 is filled with an insulating liquid 19. Electrostatic capacity detection particles 20 are interfused in the liquid 19. The density of the electrostatic capacity detecting particles 20 is higher than that of the liquid 19. The relative permittivity of the electrostatic capacity detection particles 20 is larger than that of the liquid 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
