PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface seal assembly having an integral support body. SOLUTION: The surface seal assembly is provided for sealing a region between a stationary member and a rotatable member and for being used for a working machine such as a truck assembly, a roller assembly, a final drive, or the like. The surface seal assembly includes a seal ring, an elastic loading ring, a supporting member mounted to the elastic loading ring.
