PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor capable of reducing costs. SOLUTION: This geared motor 1 comprises a planetary gear mechanism S comprising an internal gear 14 to function as a guide to revolve a planetary gear 11 supported by a carrier 12 that is equally parted in a diametric direction. The internal gear 14 is formed by circularly arranging uniform gear pieces 15, and when any of the gear pieces 15 is broken, the internal gear 14 can be partly replaced. By composing the gear piece 15 as a common member, the costs of the geared motor 1 can be reduced. When the geared motor 1 is produced in small quantity, the parted composition of the internal gear 14 is advantageous with relation to the costs. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
