PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing having anti-corrosiveness even in a corrosive environment and equipped with cleanliness. SOLUTION: Each rolling element 16 of the rolling bearing 10 is made of PTFE or any other resin 16a having self-lubricating performance, and in its surface a ceramic substance 16b in fine particles is implanted dispersively.
