PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a case member capable of reducing the number of parts and assembling man-hours, having large freedom to set a shape and size of a projected part connected to an equipment main body or the case member and capable of forming the projected part in an effective position from a viewpoint of oscillation/noise restraint. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral part of a timing cover is fastened on points 2, 3, 4 of an internal combustion engine main body with a plurality of bolts. A cam chain 10 is arranged in a space formed between the points 2, 3, 4 of the internal combustion engine main body and the timing cover. A projected part formed on an inner wall surface at a central part of the timing cover and projected parts 40a-40d formed on the internal combustion engine main body 2 are integrally connected to each other only by a liquid sealing member.
