PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air-conditioner for maintaining the in-cabin temperature on a front seat side at a preset value even when a manual rear seat side heater 2 is operated while a front seat side air-conditioner 1 is operated. SOLUTION: An ECU 13 changes the correction quantity Tr' by the outside temperature detected by an outside temperature sensor 52. More specifically, when the outside temperature is low, the negative portion of the correction quantity Tr' is increased to control the target air supply temperature TAO of the front seat side air-conditioner 1 to be low. Therefore, even when the manual rear seat side heater 2 or the rear seat side air-conditioners 2 and 3 are operated while the front seat side air-conditioner 1 is operated, the in-cabin temperature on the front seat side can be maintained at a preset value by this vehicle air-conditioner.
