CONTINUOUS MIXER FOR MANUFACTURING MIXED CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power and gravity combined type continuous mixer which continuously manufactures a mixed civil engineering material in a large quantity at a low cost. SOLUTION: One or more agitating shafts are rotatably disposed in the lengthwise direction in a mixer casing which forms a passage of mixing materials and a shaft rotating drive means is set at one end of each agitating shaft. Blades for agitating mixing materials are attached to the agitating shaft at intervals in the lengthwise direction. The mixer casing is inclined in such a way that the passage of mixing materials makes a certain angle to horizontality, a charge inlet for mixing materials is disposed on the upper side and a means to charge mixing materials is connected to the charge inlet. A discharge outlet for a mixed civil engineering material is disposed on the lower side and a means to receive a mixed civil engineering material is connected to the discharge outlet.
