PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a draft from the side and the foot side, and to prevent the excess movement of a pillow by integrating a pillow cover, a sheet and a coverlet cover. SOLUTION: The pillow cover is formed in such that one side of the short edge of one rectangular sheet is folded back to the obverse side, and is formed as a pillow side folding-back surface, and the end of the pillow side folding-back surface is sewn up on the sheet by a sewing machine so as to become a cylindrical shape, and a pillow body is inserted into it. The short edge on the opposite side of the pillow side folding-back surface of the rectangular sheet is also folded back to the obverse side, and is formed as a coverlet side folding-back surface, and is further folded back to the obverse side in the vicinity of a machine-sewn fixing position of the pillow side folding-back surface, and a part respectively contacting with the long edge side of the sheet is partially sewn on both side by the machine, and a coverlet is sandwiched between the obverse side folding-back surfaces, and the obverse side folding-back surface is used instead of the coverlet cover.
