PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide folded paper napkins turned to a different level structure for accurately picking and taking out the paper napkins sheet by sheet from either of two directions of a take-out container even in the case of housing many paper napkins in the take-out container in the state of piling them up altogether in the same direction. SOLUTION: A recessed edge 6 forming a recessed part 5 and a projected edge 8 forming a projection part 7 are respectively formed at both edges 4a and 4b at positions opposite to each other with a vertical center line as a rough reference. The different level structure in which the recessed edge 6 of one horizontally folded sheet piece 1a is lower than the projected edge 8 of the other horizontally folded sheet piece 1a at the rear position of the recessed edge respectively is formed.
