PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an occupant of an adjacent seat to place arms in a natural posture even if a seat back is brought down forward, and to prevent staining of an arm placing surface. SOLUTION: This seat structure has the seat back 23 allowed to be brought down forward, and forms a housing recessed part 30 recessed deeper than a back face 24 on the back face 24 side of the seat back, and is provided with armrests 32 housed in the housing recessed part 30, rotatably connected to the front edge part 33 side on the opening side of the housing recessed part 30 and placed on the back face 24 by rotating with the edge part 33 side as the center.
