<p>A photoreceptor device module (3), comprising a stem (10) allowing signal pins (40) (monitor signal pin, voltage supply pin) to be passed therethrough, a pedestal (11) vertically fixed to the stem (10), a cap member (13) having a light passing hole and fixed to the stem (10), a ball lens (12) inserted into the light passing hole and condensing signal light emitted from an optical fiber (20), a parabolic mirror (16) disposed on the pedestal (11) and reflecting the signal light condensed by the ball lens (12) by refracting generally at right angle, a photoreceptor device (18) disposed on the pedestal (11) and receiving and converting into electric signals the signal light reflected by the parabolic mirror (16), and a transimpedance amplifier (19) disposed on the pedestal (11) in proximity to the photoreceptor device (18) and amplifying the electric signals converted by the photoreceptor device (18).</p> |
